Rain and other things I dont like

Well......it's not really raining here today, but it is threatening to. I really hate days like this, it's grey, the sun is not even thinking about shining, and it just brings me down all around.
I also hate waiting for my packages to arrive. I am such an impatient person and waiting for anything kills me, but add in that I am waiting for scrapping supplies and WATCH OUT! Seriously, I think the mailman hates me.
I am hoping to get some scrapbooking done today, I wish I could start now but the rugrats will get into EVERYTHING.....and I just don't feel like dealing with that today.
I think my washer is broken, so until hubby wakes up and tears it apart I cannot even do laundry! Well........yeah. Hope your day is better than mine!

Mystery Package!

I went to the post office and to my surprise, I got a package full of scrapping stuff! Some really AWESOME scraps, flowers, felt, pins, it rocks!
The problem is, the sender did not include their screen name, so I have no idea who it is from! Please, if you read this, come forward! I want to thank you properly! LOL

3 days and counting....

I am so excited! I will be going to an all day crop on Saturday and I cannot wait! Me and my Mom are going and I am so excited to have an entire day with no kids and husbands and pets to interrupt, just scrapping!
I love the rare moments my Mom and I get to get together just the two of us, we talk like old friends instead of Mother and Daughter, we joke alot because we both have the same sick sense of humor....
I remember when I was a kid and I didn't like her very much, and I never would have imagined a day when she was my closest friend and someone I would look forward to hanging out with! I am so glad that we have the relationship we do!

Lots of Stuff done!

I did alot of scrapping last night, and boy did it feel good! I stayed up until Midnight working on these three layouts! I had a great night though, and I just felt good about the layouts....you know what I mean? Sometimes it's hard, but sometimes it just seems to flow and it all comes together so easily! That was last night, I didn't want to stop!

Coloring Eggs!

Hello! Just wanted to pop on and post a little something for the day! These pics are of me and the kids coloring eggs, we had such a wonderful time! Hannah, whose first year this was, made such a mess, but all we could do was laugh! She threw the eggs in every color, in and out, stirred them with spoons and tried to drink the dye!

Marissa, the oldest, is a pro at this point, she made faces out of them and had a blast just laughing at Hannah!

Olivia was meticulous, she took her dear sweet time with each egg, marinading them one at a time in a single color, and eventually adding faces!

We had a blast! I hope your Easter was just as fun filled and full of laughter as ours was!

Dying to Scrap!

I have had a very nice, but busy weekend. I enjoyed my youngest daughter's 2nd birthday party on Saturday and today is Easter, enough said there. But oh my, what I wouldn't give to just get a chance to sit and scrap for a little while!
My creative juices are overflowing ladies and I have no outlet! I am hoping to get a chance later tonight, but even if I do, I will probably only get one layout done, I feel the need to finish a minimum of three....man, it's killing me I tell you, KILLING ME!
